On Your Marks Sports Clubs will be starting at St Patricks in January 2025.
Our clubs are dedicated to inspiring children to stay active, build confidence, and develop essential life skills through fun and engaging sports activities. Our programs are designed to make physical activity fun and accessible for children of all abilities, promoting teamwork, resilience, and a love for sport.
We will be running a taster week starting W/B 13th January. If your child would like to try out a club please read through the details below and click the application form.
If they enjoyed the session you can complete a consent form and once your space has been confirmed we will email you further details including an invoice for payment.

Club Schedule
This terms clubs are:
Tuesday - KS2 Football (Open to pupils from Year 3 to Year 6)
Thursday – KS1 Dodgeball (Open to pupils from Reception to Year 2)
*We are hoping to add more clubs in the near future and will notify you when they are introduced
Timings
Clubs will start at the end of the school day at 3.15pm. The pupils will be collected from their class by the instructor at the end of the school day and taken to the club.
The club ends at 4.15pm, pupils will need to be collected at the main gate at this time.
Price
All clubs are £3 per session.
Payment
Payments will need to be made in advance for all sessions for the coming half term. Your payment will reserve your child spot at the club for the half term.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
An invoice will be sent to you at the beginning of each half term including payment details.
Cash or Cheque
Cash payments will need to be made in a marked envelope to the school office. Please ensure your envelope has the child’s name, the club/s you are paying for, and the amount enclosed.
Cheques can be made payable to On Your Marks.
Late Payment
Your payment will need to be made within a week of receiving your invoice. Failure to do so will mean that your child’s place is forfeited and offered to another pupil.
Collection
Pupils need to be collected promptly at the end of the session at 4.15pm at the main gate. If you need to collect before this time for any reason please contact the school or OYM using the details below. Pupils will only be released to a recognised adult in accordance with the school’s safeguarding policy, please be patient with us as we get to know the parents. We may ask the children to identify you rather than you identifying them. If your child is being collected by someone who is not a family member, please make us aware before the start of the club. Children may only be collected by a person over the age of 18.
Collection password
When signing up you will be asked to provide a collection password, we will ask for this password to be used on collection by anyone we do not recognise. Please do not be offended if we do not recognise family members. If your child is being collected by another parent, you must let us know and notify the school. We will not allow them to leave until we have had verbal confirmation from you.
Late Collection
If you are unable to arrive on time, please contact the instructor before the end of the club. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after collection time without prior notification you will be charged a late fee of £1 for this period and a further £2 for each 5 minute period thereafter. This will be applied to your next invoice.
Absence
When you sign up to a club you a reserving your child’s place for the term. We appreciate that there may be occasions when your child is unable to attend. In these instances we ask you to notify us before the start of the session so we know not to collect your child from class. You can do this by emailing or messaging us. As we are unable to offer the place to another child for single session you will still be charged.
Cancelling Clubs
We will not be offended if your child decides that they no longer wish to attend a club. Should this be the case you will need to pay for all sessions till the end of the current half term. Should they wish to attend another club within the school (not an OYM club) please confirm this before the start of the next half term and notify the club lead, otherwise you may be liable for this payment as well. If your child leaves a club their place will be offered another pupil.
Events and School Teams
On occasions clubs may be cancelled due to competitions or school events; in these instances, you will be notified by email or text, and any payment can be refunded or put towards another session. We will always aim to arrange football/netball fixtures on specific club nights where possible to avoid disruption to other clubs.
Clothing and Equipment
Please ensure that your children have suitable clothing and footwear for the club/s that they are attending. They are welcome to wear what they wish as long as it is appropriate for sport, PE kits are ideal for indoor sports. Footballers will need to wear shin pads and suitable footwear (boots/astro turf shoes) to participate in the session. Please ensure that your child has a water bottle for all sessions. If your child use an inhaler or auto-injector they will need to hand it to the instructor at the start of the session in a bag marked with their name. This is so we have instant access to their medication if needed.
Policies
On Your Mark’s clubs are additional care outside normal school hours. The club’s policies and procedures reflect those of the schools where we are based and the extended documents can be accessed online or by request at the school office. Please see below for our terms and conditions.
