As the Principal of St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School, it is a pleasure to welcome you to our school website.
St Patrick’s is a welcoming, happy and caring community, where all children can:
'Learn Grow and Shine'
Successful partnerships with parents, staff, governors, clergy, and parishioners help us to ensure that the children in our care feel valued and secure, and make the best possible start to their school life.
Our school has a strong Catholic ethos and our community is shaped by our faith and values. It is within this context, that the growth and development of our children takes place.
Every child is welcomed and valued as a unique member of God's family and all staff are dedicated to providing a stimulating, nurturing and exciting environment.
We offer a broad and balanced curriculum enriched with visitors, educational trips, events and activities to inspire in each child a joy for learning. This VLE will give you many additional activities, linked to the work in class, and we hope you will take the opportunity to enjoy them together with your family.
Our partnership with the parents is strong and we actively encourage close co-operation between home and school as we value and build on the experience and knowledge which pupils bring from their home lives.
We are blessed to have the Friends of St Patrick’s, our Parents' Association who not only raise funds for the school, but also provide fantastic social events for our community throughout the school year.
The safeguarding of all our children is paramount and we work hard to ensure that we know our children and their families well. We have robust safeguarding procedures and 5 Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs).
If you would like to find out more about our school, follow the link to our prospectus or make an appointment to come and visit us to see why St. Patrick's Catholic Primary School is such a special place.

God Bless
